Managing your subscription

Spilr Pro is billed by Apple. To change or cancel it, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your data

In Spilr, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases your entries, everything derived from them, your photos and your account. It can't be undone. If you'd like a copy of your data first, or only want specific entries removed, email us and we'll do it by hand.

Turning AI features off

You can switch AI Insights off at any time in Settings. When it's off, nothing you write is sent to an AI model, and every feature still works in a simpler way.

Disconnecting Google Calendar

Disconnect it from your Profile in Spilr, or remove Spilr's access from your Google Account permissions page. Spilr only ever has read-only access and never stores your events.
